Not sure if it is today or next week. Do we know if this is open like the tribunals?

I think it is today, and Bev Jackson tweeted that people in the UK would be able to watch and others to follow on Tribunal Tweets - but I can't find details anywhere on how to log in. Will go off and do some more googling but it's frustrating that the LGB Alliance hasn't publicised it (or Mermaids, indeed).

It is frustrating. I am a regular giver and contributed to the crowd funder.

I think the result of the fundraising claims challenge might have cowed them a bit.

Just came on to ask about this. Can't see anything on Twitter. Anyone have any idea how we can follow this?

My best guess, after some fairly fruitless googling, is the Court of Appeal Civil Division youtube channel...? But can't find it listed. Argh. I don't understand why they haven't sent details to everyone who's crowdfunded.

I was reading an update on their crowd funder yesterday and found tribunal tweets in seconds.

Right, but Tribunal Tweets hadn't posted anything about it until half an hour ago, hence this thread.

We understand this is the first time one charity has sought to remove charitable status from another.

Sorry, wasn't clear - I can find Tribunal Tweets easily, but was hoping for details on how to watch it. They do a brilliant job but I find it much easier to follow as an observer.

If you want to listen to the hearing write to [email protected] about case CA/2021/0013 - Mermaids vs Charity Commissioner and LGB Alliance and ask for permission to join. You then have to provide certain information and agree to a judge's direction in order to be able to join.

May be this?

Correction: the hearing will be streamed over a video platform, CVP.
