I'm a talk talk customer, and a few days ago I got an email (and a letter, then another email ) telling me my broadband speed was too slow and I could upgrade to fibre optic for a super special price. I've never noticed my broadband speed before then, I steam movies etc with no issues.
Since i got the email my broadband is terrible! Netflix keeps buffering and I player has given up completely . I've turned my wifi off on my phone as it's slower than 3G.
AIBU to think those talk talk bastards have turned my internet down to force me into upgrading?! Or am I being paranoid?
