The micra is cheap to run, easy to handle, and great ergonomy for short drivers like me. I had trouble finding comfortable position to drive in several minis. But the micra has the right adjustments and good visibility.

for a family of 3 (mum, dad, child) Micra is ok. I wouldn't be mad about it but it does the job. when our son was small it was hard to fit any pram into the boot, so we had to go for quinny zapp (amazingly foldable chasis) it does lack of space in the boot or at the back. Fuel wise its brilliant, however we drive 1.4 (which has little bigger engine) but this power is good on the motorways and overtaking. I find a tight fit when it comes of using toddler car seat (stage 2) at the back and sit on the passenger seat in front. not a good car for longer trips.
