We know the pandemic has been hard on everyone. On Mumsnet, thousands of discussion threads have shown how COVID-19 and associated measures have had a sudden and catastrophic impact on women and equality. More than half the women we surveyed said they fear we are going back to the 1970s in terms of women’s equality at work, at home, and in society.
