I'm hoping to go to Sheffield: I want to bring MiL and 6mo DD in sling or pram so there are 3 generations of us (but not sure if MiL will go for it, just texted her).

Can I just add, we all went along and it was fantastic! All these brilliant, articulate and LOUD young women (and us).

For me, it was the moment when a six year old girl started chanting "Do you know what a feminist looks like?" and all the adult women came back with the response "THIS is what a feminist looks like" that made my night.

It was my daughter's first demo and her grandmother's as well.

It was fantastic. For the first time ever I had a sister with me. It was brilliant, I felt so proud of those women and girls. My friend had never been to a march and was interested to see it. She said it really opened her eyes. The high light form me was seeing those women of all ages in empowerment and love for their sisters.
