There are SO many. I might eat nothing but nutella for the next 30 days then sell a book.

Can I join you please??

Have lost 24.5lbs over the last 11 weeks following a less then ideal plan of my own creation (that included the critical component of cake!!!) but am starting to wander off the path of skinniness so need a crash month to get another chunk of weight off. I'm a little beefier than the rest of you so still have 21lbs to go!! Would love to get 10lbs off this month.

Think I've tried the infamous tea in the past so will give that another go me thinks! Already planned an evening soaking in a salt bath on the 29th to get a few more pounds off before the final weigh-in Wink

Yay! I've name changed specially for this WhatsGoing (it's Nell btw) ...

Will decide which Wacky Diet I'm going to do in the morning.

I'd like to go on the Skinny Happy Horny one to be perfectly honest. It sounds FABULOUS.

First day on Scarsedale and it brings memories of youth. :) I remember receiving a card in my teens:
In the morning I can't eat because I think of you.
At lunchtime I can't eat because I think of you.
At dinner time I can't eat because I think of you.
At night time I can't sleep because...I'm hungry.

New thread yay!

Well Slimtember has begun with dd vomiting all night, being emetophobic I now won't eat for two days, in the belief that this makes me less likely to catch it (no scientific basis for this whatsoever).

I am off to a flying start Grin

Yay! I'm also excited to get started. MissionSlimpossible, what a great username. I've spent about 20 minutes thinking of an alternative username too but decided I was useless at it and gave up before I got late for work.
I'm doing Scarsdale too but today's lunch of cold cuts of meat and tomatoes sounds awful already! I've got chicken breast in the fridge so will probably just toss them in salt and pepper and dry fry.

The author is very particular about not eating anything that's on the menu but i'm very tempted to add some salad leaves to my chicken and tomatoes. Letttuce leaves are virtually calorie and carb free right?

Am worryingly excited to get started. Have 2 weeks till hols so need drastic measures. Had my spinach smoothy for breakfast. Need to find rewards for being good that aren't good/drink. Any ideas?

Grapefruit in the morning
Two eggs and tomato lunch
Grilled lamb and spinach for dinner

That should be ok.

I want to have an insane week or two to kick start an autumn campaign.

Seriously, in the summer hols, I've been drinking booze nearly every day and that will be stopping once term starts an I hope that'll help.

Ancient iPad crashes threads that it thinks are too long, so haven't read the latter parts of first thread. Sorry if duplicating, but what was final consensus on shittea?

And do the (seemingly thousands) of 'tisane mince' on sale in French supermarkets do the same?

PrimalLass · 01/09/2014 07:56

Yay, found you. Here we go.

I weighed in at 11.6 this morning Sad And I have to go to a Pampered Chef party tonight. Thankfully I am driving so can avoid the booze.

Grapefruit and a slice of bread for breakfast. Yum Hmm

2kidsintow · 01/09/2014 07:57

Phew, no more withdrawal symptoms.

On it today.... give me strength to avoid the goodies at the free buffet provided at work today and tomorrow. Smile

Like you my lunch sounds vile. I need to get organised. I've not even sorted it out yet and I've got to be at work in 45 mins.

Yay for Slimtember!!

Preparation is the key to success...in which case I'm doomed for failure as I haven't prepared anything yet Grin. Planning a shake for breakfast then holding off on the calories until dinner where I am out meeting a friend. Not sure where we are going yet so can't plan damage limitation till later.

Weighed in this morning at 9 stone 13 - had struggled down to 9.8 before the holidays started so need to get back there asap, clothes looking a little....stretchy. Just need to break my grazing warthog style habit

I'm here!!! No one warned me it was nearly over and the responsibility of starting threads means getting in before the end with a link to the new thread

I am having to do Pig 2 Twig while using MFP to calorie count as I need the written word which tells me what to eat and when. When I did it before I did lose about a stone. It was a pain though cooking different stuff so I might have to rethink that Confused.

I will only be having shitatee when I am alone in the house and one a day.

Gobblers - that is cheating! Grr.

TiddlesUpATree - I read that as spinach snotty .

About to go to Asda. How can I buy my food when I don't know what I am doing??? I like scrambled eggs, cooked tomatoes (on toast under the grill with black pepper and olive oil every day I was pregnant. No good now though as bread is the enemy, yes?)

Have a sweet potato to use up and baby new potatoes.

Help!!!!!!

On a good start! Gulped down two teaspoons of lemon juice Confused to keep regular whilst making builder's coffee espresso .

Thanks WyrdByrd and TheHounds. When, eventually, I fell asleep, I had the most wonderful dream about cooking and eating succelent kangaroo steaks and crocodile fillets.
That got me thinking (a rare occasion): neither Scarsdale or Duncan specify what type of steak... By the end of the first week we'll probably be hungry enough and so sleep deprived to combine it all with exercise and restle the croc to the tune of 'Never smile at a crocodile'! Grin
