Hi all,
I am significantly over weight 17st+ due to mega health problems (both mental and physical) but that's a whole thread on its own. Anyway, I have decided that enough is enough and I want to make a real change. Loosing weight for me is not the issue, I've got a good plan in place with help from a trainer and dr. What's bothering me is the worry of loose skin afterwards and I wondered if anyone had any experience, tips of how to lessen/ prevent this?
At the moment I have thought of the following (opinions grateful received)
- Dry body brush daily
- wash with castile soap (olive oil, no chemicals)
- Moisturise Aloe gel, coconut oil etc.
- Skin tightening oil blend - sweet almond, lemon, tea tree, rosemary
- abdominal binding
- Pilates
- small weights and cardio

Lots of water and high quality multi vit.
