I've just committed to doing a 30 minute fitness routine (DVD) 3 times a week. Just completed first session, and not sure I'm still alive (well I must be) but really am half dead! Some of the routines I just couldn't physically do, like lying flat on your back then lifting your legs( both on top of each other, whilst lifting your back at the same time dear God I hope I get through this. I need to lose a stone. I'm told it gets better, but when? How soon? Help! I want to be fit.
