So, I weighed myself last week and am 1/2 stone heavier than the fat-weight I already thought I was. I've decided to embark on a diet and am doing slimming world, which seems great as you can still have healthy mash and chips when it's just been one of those days! I'm HUGELY craving gravy but there is no way I'm wasting my Syn allowance for that (I'm saving it for alcohol :-) )... Does anyone else really miss gravy or am I just being weird (again) :-(
