Kettlebells - advice needed

I'm late 40s and only about 5lb overweight. I want to tone up, but not get chunky.

Can anyone recommend some kettlebell exercises - maybe a utube clip as I don't want to buy a dvd.

do you have a Pinterest account? have a look on there it will do the search for you and hopefully bring up lots of exercises that could help with or without a kettleball.

It's very easy to injure yourself (especially your back) with Kettlebells. I know quite a few personal trainers who are just not a fan of them. I certainly wouldn't use them unsupervised.
