I just wondered if anyone had found the same and had solved it?

I got down to target last year with SW and got down to a BMI of about 22. I am now 10 pounds heavier again but this weight doesn't want to budge.

Problem with how I achieved target last time was I skipped meals a lot, which for me is unsustainable. I do the Original plan as EE actually made me gain weight. I did have a day off last week and the week before I wasn't brilliant, so I can accept a maintain and a half pond loss. But this week I have been about 95% on plan and this morning my scales show I've maintained again.

I do lots of exercise over the week. 2x spin classes 3x pilates classes, 1 session of swimming with alternate breast stroke and front crawl to keep heart beat raised and lead an active lifestyle. So I am a bit stumped.

Average day would be;
Roasted butternut squash, quorn steak strips and fat free yogurt for breakfast (I know that's weird lol).

Lunch would be a big stir fry using fresh vegetables and fry light with sautéed onions on top and maybe some turkey strips or something or soup made myself with vegetables and stock.

Dinner - huge salad with some hard boiled eggs, feta cheese or other protein sauce. Dressing of fat free yogurt and mint.

If I snack it tends to be chopped banana and berries with 0% fat Greek yogurt.

Drinks are lots of water and tea, occasional skinny latte.

Do you think the fruit could be causing problems as I'm really stumped [sad[

I will add I feel slimmer in myself but my clothes aren't fitting that differently. I feel much less bloated than I did when I was eating a ton of bread which is great.
