Okays so im at 16st and ive been trying to loose weight for 2 years but im really really struggling atm tbh. Im trying to lose the weight for my health but also because dp and I are ttc and were struggling with that aswell. I feel like im letting him down due to my weight. My gp has put me on xenical 120mg three times a day and im just starting them but all I was to do is eat junk. Has anyone any gd low calorie diets I could follow and any advice and suggestions about taking xenical ????

When you start farting and oozing orange gunk and having stomach cramps the urge to eat junk food will fade slightly.

Grin I've been on it. You quickly learn that it's just not worth it.

Have you joined myfitnesspal? That is good for keeping track and the good thing is you can connect with people and support each other.

Yes, it helps but it doesn't do it for you. Sadly. Grin it's really more that the fear of crapping yourself in Tesco turns out to be an excellent aid to willpower Grin

Oh yes, you'll never be able to fart without fear again.

But seriously, anything that helps is good.

I'm a bit shocked that your doctor would happily prescribe weightloss tablets without any guidance about your actual diet itself! Have you tried attending a slimming group? I have never done it but doesn't slimming world advocate a healthy low fat approach?
