Wow I have eaten so much this weekend and feel massive!! Help

I have eaten so much, I had nachos on Friday, lots of bread yesterday, and today was my dd's birthday and I have eaten soooo much! I feel sick!

I think this week will have to be low carb! I'm so bloated and my belly is massive

Don't worry, it will even out if you have a good weekday week (I always think Mon-Fri is key for sensible eating).

Just aim for a good healthy day tomorrow with lots of water or herbal tea and limit the carbs, will soon feel better :)

Thank you I hope so. I am going away next weekend and I don't want to feel so bloated.

I'm thinking porridge for breakfast (even though it's carby)
Lunch salad with falafel or halloumi
Dinner salad and meat

Not sure how I will manage to cut the junk out but I need to!
