I've just finished Day 3 and OMG! I ache! But I feel really great. And I didn't even feel weird taking the plastic pots with me into a restaurant earlier. Anyone else here Green, purple, red, yellow, orange and blue-ing?!

It just said 'currently unavailable' and gave me no information whatsoever. could you explain what it is a bit more?

This is a bit of a painful conversation, isn't it?! Grin

So, basically, it's from the same people who make P90x and Insantity et al but it's also food plan orientated too. You get these different coloured and sized pots (so, green is veg, purple is fruit, red is protein, yellow is carbs, blue and orange are healthy fats and something else (I don't really use the orange one!). Then, depending on how much weight you have to lose, you get to eat a set number of each pot each day.

So, if you're having veg, you fill it up and whack the veg on the plate with whatever else you're having that day. It's just a really easy way of portion control and balancing your diet.

And then there is an exercise DVD and you do a 30 minute workout, covering different parts of your body, every day. Either on top of or instead of whatever exercise you already do.

I've just finished the first week and lost 6 lbs and haven't felt hungry once. I've ached like a bugger though!

I forgot to add, it's perfect for people like me who have got a little lazy at making sure my diet is properly rounded and forget how big portions are supposed to be....particularly here in the US!

They do something similar to this in Lakeland, they are measuring spoons for rice/veg/meat etc

They are a great idea. You're right, particularly when portion size is an issue!

21 day fix sounds like a dodgy 'lose 2 stone in a month' thing but this actually seems quite sensible

Is anyone currently using this or have any experience of it? Really drawn to the portion control aspect of it and love work out dvds. I'm 13 weeks post c section and breastfeeding, doctor happy for me to exercise.

I think one or two people on the beachbody thread in exercise section have tried the portion control pots. Most of us use and love focus t25 dvds, you can get it on ebay, but that is just exercise so you would need to watch diet too otherwise unlikely to lose weight.

I started 21 day fix today . Being a vegetarian its certainly alittle tricky as you're limited but i know people who have done it so giving it a go. Wilsonwilsonwoman, how did you get on.

Just done my first workout, ache alittle.

I have done Insanity and T25 previously. Just had baby and looking to loose alittle ... or more :-)

Is anyone doing this at the moment? Or perhaps if anyone has completed it they can let me know what they thought of it. Was thinking of ordering, I am one year post baby and have half a stone to shift. Sounds easier than its proving to be!
