I've recently lost around a stone and gone down a jeans size, but I've not yet got rid of any of my now too big clothes. I find myself thinking that I should keep my old jeans for gardening/DIY, or in case I put weight on again and regret giving/throwing them away.
But isn't this almost like giving myself permission to let the weight creep back on again? Has anyone had a ruthless wardrobe clear out as soon as they've gone down a size, and not regretted it?
