Weight loss chat

I need to lose 1/2 stone fast. What is the best / easiest method?

I have spare weight around belly/ thighs/ hips and bum - 1/2 stone I guess would make me more comfortable and make clothes fit better.

What is the best way - calorie counting / low carb / slimming world etc?

How long will it take realistically...?

Oh- and I don't think I can be doing with this '2 day fast' stuff - I am an all or nothing person... any help and recommendations?

Well I'm always banging on about the Harcombe diet. Essentially a 5 day de-tox no sugar, caffeine or wheat. You feel dreadful around day 3, great by day 5 and can lose 10 pounds in 10 days. You don't eat carbs and protein together, so porridge or eggs and bacon for brekkie, fish, omelettes, veg, salads, berries.

Easiest to google 'all about you Harcombe diet' for the article which put me onto it initially.

Low carbing - without a doubt. Join us on the Bootcamp threads!! Lose weight without feeling hungry and without feeling deprived - what's not to love??
