I'd really like to chat to people about how they deal with this.
I lost a couple of stone 2 years ago, put a stone on when I stopped smoking and then I lost it again. I'm focussing more on losing fat now, rather than weight iyswim. I've just got the stubborn bits of lard to go, then I'll be happy.
Does anyone else have a problem with people getting all huffy about you wanting to stick to a healthy diet? How do you deal with this without being rude, or do you even care what they think?
Why do people get like this anyway? You are supposed to support people when they make healthy choices, or so I thought.
