Sat and read through whole of your first thread last night. Had few ideas to add but others beat me to it - namely the cheese wedding cake. We had one and it was lovely, worked out about £85 for 5 tiers and there was LOADS of cheese left over! We also hired a jukebox as a cheap alternative to a band - or the legion might have one? Just keep the tweenagers off it or at least clear their crap selection occasionally Grin

If you're still looking for ceremony music, check out yiruma "river flows in you". It's a beautiful piano piece which I walked down the 'aisle' to, so slightly biased and we just downloaded it and played via iPod.

Sounds like it'll be a lovely ceremony and party :)

Hello misty9 Jukebox is a clever idea. Had a listen to the piece you recommended, I really like it. On our pontential list now.

Ok so still have a lot to cover.

Suits
My dress
Bridesmaid dresses
DC outfits
Invitation wording
Costing and amounts needed for the reception food
Cheap accommodation
ShoesGrin

Im sure I have a lot more, this is just off the top of my head. I know that most of this has been covered in general., just now I need to get specific costings/amounts/details etc.

Would really like it to continue, everyone was so lovely.
