Cheap (under £500) fitted off the peg wedding dresses with corset back

Found my perfect dress but refuse to pay £1000 for a dress for one day, (ellis 11129) i've seen lots online but they are non returnable. I'm looking for a fitted bodice to hips them a slight, if any, a line skirt or mermaid style. I want to buy off the peg and want a corset back- don't want much do i!

Help, Where can i get it?!

I've been looking for something similar and it's difficult to get a lace up back off the peg. That said I think there is maybe one on very.co.uk and maybe debenhams. Another idea would be to order through light in the box website. They make the dresses to order and you can specify whether you want a lace up back or a zip. Only thing there is you can't try before you buy. They're very cheap though! Let me know if you have any success - I am

Plenty of people selling dresses that obvisouly have only been worn for one day, you can ask them to get it dry cleaned etc & you can put up a 'wanted' request for particular styles too

Have you tried ebay. Yes I know it is scary, but a friend of mine bought her dress from a dress makers in china for £150. It was delivered in 3 weeks and was amazing. You send them your measurements and they make it to order. She would have paid 10 times that for a dress here.

All the ones I have linked to, bar the £55 are all from the uk, so no issue over it being from china. In fact they are all from the same shop in dorset. If you say what size you are I can do a bit more searching.

It's worth remembering that any competent seamstress can replace a zip style back with a corset fastening if that's what you prefer.
