When do you give gifts to the wedding party?

We have got the best man some cufflinks and a keyring, and I would like to get my mum something really nice - probably a pretty bracelet - as she has been more than generous. When is the best time to give the gifts? I don't especially want to make a big deal out of it, as they are only 'token' gifts for the others (not mum I mean!).

Would it be appropriate to do it the evening before?

Rehersal dinner? (If you're having one). I was MOH at a friend's wedding and got a lovely necklace from her at the rehersal dinner the night before the wedding.

Rehearsal dinner, or if you are not having one, the night before the wedding.
