long sleeved top for under bridesmaid dress? Any ideas?

Hi, my 3yr old will be wearing a pretty little cap sleeved dress with lots of detail on the top half that would be covered by a shug / cape / bolero so as she's a chilly mortal I'm thinking top to go under rather than over. Any ideas, have you seen one anywhere that would be suitable I'm thinking sheer, perhaps flesh coloured? or ivory. Any thoughts very welcome. The wedding's in May.

Already thinking lacy leggings to go over tights as well. (She's impossibly whingy when cold - just like me Wink

Try a dancewear shop - they might have leotards that would work.

First - is she going to be your bridesmaid? If not, you need to check that it's Ok to put a top underneath the dress.

Leotards won't be great for going to the toilet.

As it's in May, you may be better with layers over the dress which can easily be added or removed TBH. Just a warm vest underneath.

Thank you so much for your suggestions. I'll try a dance shop. No she isn't my bridesmaid. I don't want to put the bride under additional pressure looking for something, but obviously I'll ok it with her before I buy anything. I've already explained to her that DD gets grumpy if she's cold. If all fails I'll just have to wrap DD in a coat and cardi until she has to remove layers for photos etc but that's not ideal really. I've been to the church before and it's freezing and then we'll be in a marquee. The bride has mentioned in the invitations wrap up as it might be cold so I'm guessing they're not heating it.
