I have three weeks to go and at this moment in time am left without a wedding dress. My dress came in on the 8th March, six months after ordering. When it came in and i went for my fitting the dress was faulty. I was informed by head office that the replacement would be delivered the week of the 20th March. Many phone calls have taken place both to the shop and head office. I later was told that now my dress won't be in until the 4th April, 2 days before i leave for my wedding. I told them this was unacceptable and wanted a refund under the Trading Standards Act 1979 because the goods were faulty. They refused to do this.

Now head office are ignoring me, i phone on a daily basis to be told different stories about their CEO. He works there then he works there two days and now saying he doesnt work there at all. Customer service is disgusting in this company, they just want to fob you off and ignore you. They don't care about their reputation or their customers. All i want is a refund so i can go to a reputable company and get another dress so i can then enjoy the run up to my wedding.

Update - received phone call from head office yesterday and my gown will be in a week on Saturday. Very apologetic on phone. Fingers crossed all goes okay.

Glad to hear your dress arrived, they pressurised me into buy a sack of shit dress in 2003 and then refused to change it when it arrived in the wrong size and said I'd put weight on Shock I'd actually lost about a stone.
Luckily by that point I'd realised the dress was shit and was only picking it up to put on ebay, the real dress was perfect in every way Grin

Hiya

No it didnt arrive on that Saturday. It arrived in the shop the Tuesday before i got married, had to have three fittings that week. Was left with a crease in it but at that stage (Friday before the wedding, was leaving on Monday) there was no time to sort that. So i lived with it and took it away. You can see the crease in all the photos though. No idea why it was in the corset. Still have never received a proper apology from them for all the hassle and stress.

Still no further forward with them. I hate looking at my photos. I believe there was a group of unhappy brides on here, can you contact me please. Can't believe i let this company ruin my day.
