I'm trying to remember what the weather was like here (West Leicester) on Wednesday evening. I think that was the evening that DH got back from Sainsburys and said there were some impressive dark clouds about. I think we did later on have a good thundery shower.

We are out in the sticks and it started lightly raining at 1pm until 3pm when it turned very heavy,then slackened off a bit.I remember because the dds had a riding lesson and we were all wet.
