puddings for mine have been fruit and yogurt - that's it even at 5 and 2.

dd doesnt always get a pudding - when she does it is normally a yoghurt or sometimes as a special treat she can have an ice lolly or an ice pole. We give fruit as snacks or along with a sandwich, etc

Fruit and yoghurt also those Fruitopia things as well, that's pudding. Sometimes I make up a bit of custard and put with banana.

Ds doesn't have pudding and never has had. He does have a yogurt when he gets home from nursery to try to get some more calories into him. I think it's up to you whether you give them a pudding or not...

"all the books say to give snacks and pudding"

They're just filling pages - there's no money to be made in

Chapters Five to Ten: Puddings, Desserts and Afters

Give them a piece of fruit, luv.
