Started weaning my ds on sat so today is day 5 - now normally he has a bottle 8am,11,2,5 and then one to bed at 7. Now he only went onto 2 offerings today and as expected they are like a measly amount (a cube of pear after his 11am bottle and a desert spoon of rice stuff after 11am bottle) - last night he only had 2 oz at his bedtime bottle and tonight at his bedtime one he just flat refused and went to bed on zero - i am nervous - will he wake throug the night starved?? Surely he wouldnt already reduce his milk or would he?? Tomorow intend on spacing out more so 5pm ismore like 5.30 but to be honest i wanted it to be 5 so he ate with the family. Any advice??

FWIW, we starting weaning DS last week & the day after he had just two tiny spoonfuls of banana he just refused his 11pm bottle. We tried the following two nights but he didn't want it. The following couple of days he didn't drink much milk at all...has a cold etc...so I thought he'd wake but he didn't & we've left it at that!
