Hi!
When I make puree for the weaning food, such as carrot or sweet potato, do I need to add formula milk to it to puree, or do i just puree the fruit/veg on it's own?!
Thanks Lisa x

Reckon you should be ok to just puree the veg on their own.
I used to cook the veggies in chopped tomatoes instead of water and then blitzed the lot.
You shouldn't need to add milk to the puree, unless it is really thick

I used the water I had used to steam/boil them with.

See what the consistancy of the pureed veggies are like and add water/formula if you think it needs it.

Be careful of adding tomatoes for younger babies though, they can cause an allergic reaction.
