Loose bowel movements

DD is 6 and a half months old and has been having puréed fruit and veg, baby rice, some minced chicken and little bit of finger food for a few weeks.
When she started on the solids it was coming out more solid the other end, however the last 3 days it has gone quite runny again, more like it used to be when on milk only.
I had to dilute the baby rice a bit initially as I thought she was a bit blocked up but just following packet instructions now as she seemed ok.
Could she have diarrhea ? Or is her system getting used to the solids?
