Hi. I have started to wean my son for the past 3 weeks but have found since having 3 meals a day he has not been to the toliet for a poo for 2 days and it is bothering him. How can i help??

orange juice and make sure he's getting lots of fibre.

how old is he? 3 weeks of weaning is pretty quick to have gotton to three meals a day imo.... maybe cut abck a bit and take it a bit more slowly?

I thought babies should have a high fat - low fibre diet. I could be wrong though...
