Organix do a range of baby cereals which are sugar-free. My 7-month old loves those.

Or yoghurt. Mums4 or Little Rachel brands are both organic and sugar free.

an adult portion of 2 weetabix has a quarter a gram of salt so a child portion of 1/2 or 1 biscuit would only have 1/16th or 1/8th gram of salt. My dd had weetabix from around this age.
