DD is 9months and is now on 4 bottles a day, has been since about 7 months. She now eats quite well, 3x solid meals a day. She has 3x 6 oz bottles and 1x8oz bottle.

It might be worth dropping a bottle. The minimum she should be on is 20floz a day of first stage milk until she's one, so there's definitely roon to drop one bottle and see if her appetite improves smile

Once she's hit 12 months you can ditch the formula and bottles altogether and its 300ml of full fat cows milk per day until she's 2.

Forgot to ask, what are her height and weight centiles like?

Agree with what ex says. Just wondering what type of milk she is on and how much does she have each day? Follow on has added iron but this can make them constipated and can act as an appetite suppressant.

When she poos, is it hard or sloppy (sorry)?

I think having such a small amount of solids at this age is quite normal, many babies don't really get solids at this age. Her main nutrition should be from her milk, so if she only eats a little, she's still eating, tasting new things and learning and that's all good smile

Some great suggestions on here already, just wanted to add plums. Either remove the stone and just give them to her or how about stewed plums and custard or plum crumble?

Does she drink water with her meals? That will help. Avoid foods like banana, sweet potato and maybe try her on things like apricots. Watery fruit/veg may well help as well - things like melon, cucumber, pear. It does sound like she might be a little bit constipated.
