Worst thing you've ever fed your DC?

Just wondering really as I'm feeling a bit guilty tonight after giving my 7.5m DS a few bits of ham & sausage fresh tortellini. The filling is so processed. And Sod's law DS scarfed them quite happily! Trying not to think of salt content either Hmm

I blame meat-loving DH for choosing it when I would've bought a ricotta & spinach-type filling! Anyway...

What food has your DC eaten that still gives you guilt pangs when you think about it? Wink

The thought of what 11mo ds ate last weekend fills me with shame. We were visiting friends without dc and on the Friday evening I tried to give ds mushed up casserole for his tea. Unfortunately however he's going through a charming spoon refusal phase so most of the casserole ended up around the dining room to their undisguised horror. So the next day I didn't dare give him any spoonfed food, so just offered him what we were having. Sadly however he ignored all the healthy options and so by the end of the day had eaten a hash brown, croissant, a scotch egg, some carrot cake and those organix crisps. He normally eats a balanced diet I swear!
