alternative to formula for baby with excema

my dd is nearly 11 months and drinking 21 ozs of formula a day. i want to start switching to normal milk but scared of trying cows milk because of her excema. she has dairy products, cheese, yogurts in limited amounts and not really noticed a huge chage in her excema as a result but feel that i want to keep dairy to a minimum. which other milk will provide all the fats and calcium that cows milk has???

also do i wait for her to reject forumla (she isn't too keen on it anyway) or do i start to reduce her milk intake myself?

thanks for any advice
