I don't think there are any books! Give it another year or so and I expect there'll be dozens. Try the yahoo group \link{http://groups.yahoo.com/group/B-LW\here} for lots of info in the archives. And there are lots of MNers who have done it and are happy to share their enthusiasm. Oh, and Gill Rapley's document gives the best precis, I think. It's \link{http://www.borstvoeding.com/voedselintroductie/vast_voedsel/rapley_guidelines.html\here}. I introudced water at the same time as solis. I put the water in the tomee tippee first cup and left it by him at each meal. He adored the cup and soon got the idea of drinking. Mind you, even at 11 monhts, he spends more time bashing the cup on the table than actually drinking from it.

The one book I have found so far is Finger Food for Babies and Toddlers by Jennie Maizels, which, although it's not directly BLW, it's great for ideas for finger foods (as the title suggests!). HTH

I think that the Jennie Maizels book is good for ideas, things like bread sticks, hummous, risotto fingers etc, but I agree, that I might not use it much once DS is eating more of what I eat.

The sweet recipes are yummy - healthy banana cakes, mmmmmmmmm. Suitable for diabetics, too, if you replace the honey with fruisana. Oh, and I made the oatie biscuits with concentrated fruit spread. DS didn't know the difference... (Much nicer made with golden syrup though)
