Milk and 11month

My daughter will be 11months old next week and was just wondering how much milk she should be having. She has at the mo 7 ounces at breakfast and another 7 before bed with a 5 ounce at 10.30. All these are from a bottle. When should she have milk from a beaker and how would that work at bed as we still give it to her in her room and put her straight down. Thank for any advice Grin

Between 6 and 12 months she should have a minimum of 20floz per day. Once she is 12 months you can ditch the bottles, some ditch them before. Between 12 and 24 months she should have a minimum of 300ml of full fat cows milk per day which works out at about 10.5 floz.

How about trying her with a beaker in the day and keeping the evening bottle for a bit? Some people introduce the cows milk an ounce at a time. So if she has a 7oz bottle, make up 6ozs and add an ounce of full fat cows milk. Once she is used to that up the amount of milk and reduce the amount of formula by an ounce again Smile
