Hi, my little one is becoming a real good eater. I now put about 3 cube of meat/fish mixed with about 3-4 cube of vegetables for his lunch. For his tea, he's having about 1 tube of white fish. Most of the time, he finishes them all.
I have just been unsure if that's too much meat/fish for one day. But otherwise, he's so hungry, I don't know what I shall use to fill his stomach. Pasta?
The guidelines I read everywhere are talking about a few coffee spoons' of meat. And they say baby can't consume so much protein. Am I giving him too much?
