Pasta and bolognaise. Maybe kiwi to finish. Do you have any red lentils in the cupboard? Google an easy Dahl recipe, my dd loves this on its own or as a sandwich (less messy).

Meatballs and pasta...dd manages the meatballs better than bolognaise, probably followed by mango and grapes.

Ravioli has been a recent hit here as well Wink

Ooh ravioli, I'd probably have to make it though given dd is dairy free, interesting tho

Dairy free? Can I ask why? Nervous of dairy due to bad reflux

Reflux! I'm bf-ing and cut out dairy from my diet and she was free from reflux, we're seeing a dietitian who said she had cows milk allergy. Also reacts to sheep and goat milk.

Hmmmm

Bean seems to be doing better as I've reintroduced some known triggers over the last month: coffee, tea, a bit of chocolate, goats cheese.

Asked paediatrician if we could see dietician for this reason and he told me not to be silly, we could just do done medical procedures to find out if its reflux. O.o I declined and am now very confused about what to introduce. Oh he also wanted to just drop all meds right on top of weaning too.
Nightmare

Sounds like my gp who told me it wasnt possible for dd to be reacting to anything I'm eating.. Patronised me and made me feel ridiculous, the hv was really pissed off with him when I told her all this in tears! The HV referred us to the dietitian, can you go down that route? I'm still giving ranitidine due to recent soya rxn.
The only way to know is just to give it and see what happens HTH X

Our health visitor doesn't visit and the clinic is useless. I was told babies have site tummies sometimes after 2 weeks of nursing strike where she was in so much pain.

I might just have to bite the bullet while she is still on meds eh?

Tbh there is nothing any hp has told me that I didn't know myself. She said it was an allergy and to try to reintroduce when dd was one with cooked dairy in small amounts first. I cut out dairy and soya from my diet then in despair (because I thought it hasn't worked) had some really rich ice cream and was feeding at the same time, dd pretty much immediately projectile vomitted all down me! Hence my diagnosis. I didn't realise to start with that it takes time for the guts to heal and so it's slow to see improvement. I was really pissed off with being told "it's normal for babies to be sick" arrrgh!! Not like this!

Do you think you'll try her with something?

Sorry only just saw reply!

I also have never forgiven the 'babies get sick' comment from would be step MIL. Bloody cow. I was going through nursing strike at time too!

I'm undecided. I think I'll try goats milk first, cooked into things and see what happens. I figure reintroducing things slowly into my diet would be a good test. She appears to be coping well bar a few sicky days. It's so hard to tell but even if it was that, it's not dreadful you know? So I'm taking it slow. Tonight I had pasta with pesto and goats cheese. Waiting to see that effect before I even think about trying her directly.

Thanks for the help
