I have a 10month old baby girl. She is currently at the stage where she is picking up and eating finger food and able to hold a spoon and guide it into her mouth aided by me, What is the next thing i should do to teach her to use a spoon?

I used to give DS a spoon of his own and a small portion of food for himself - such as yogurt or frimage frais and then let him try in between spoonfuls.

They also learn from observing you, so make sure you have mealtimes together when you can.
