Doing blw with my six month old and going well, she is having lots of fun making a mess and trying lots of different stuff. Generally she is having parts of our meal.
I myself am allergic to dairy and we use soya milk in cooking... For baking, pancakes, Yorkshire puddings etc.
I have no reason to believe she is also allergic to dairy- she is ebf and have tried her with a bit if yoghurt although not sure how much went in she had a lot if fun playing with it.
Can I give her soya though I'm not sure if soya is one of those things to avoid as its quite an allergen? I am happy to use cows milk in baking for her and dh if I have to but will be a faff doing seperate stuff for me and I've been enjoying the fact that blw is so easy in terms of food preparation!
