What are the chances that if I had measles as a child my dd will have immunity to it?

Slim and then only for the first few months whilst being breastfed and absorbing the antibodies in your milk.

She needs the MMR jab

Antibodies are passed through the placenta but immunity does start to wane after a few months. The reason the MMR isn't given until a year old is because maternal antibodies can interfere with the immune response. How old is your dd?
