Between the Gower and Holyhead

We are camping for 5 days in August at Pitton Cross with our 6 year old, then we plan to get the ferry from Holyhead to Ireland. We want a 1 or 2 night stay in a nice hotel/b&b/inn within 2 hours of holyhead port.

Ideally I want somewhere with modern with spa facilities, access to a pool, some sort of decadent breakfast, lovely scenery and walks and fabulous sea food.

Is this too much to ask? Would be nice to get at least a massage and a fish supper!

Aberaeron would be my stop off - nice little harbour with good seafood. Only camped there or stayed with friends so don't know if there is a hotel to fit the bill.
