Centerparcs zipwire - book in advance? And other activities - am confused!

We have booked our first trip to Centerparcs at Whinfell in June, and I'm getting a bit befuddled with the booking activities in advance thing.

We don't go for nine weeks, and I don't know for example whether I want to book one of the four remaining pedalo slots at 11.00 - 11.29 on the Sunday morning - what if it's chucking it down?!!!

Have decided to book bikes for my DS's (aged 9 and 12) and I think they would probably like the zipwire thing - but that doesn't seem to be on the list of things to book in advance, so is this something that I would just be able to book this when I get there?

Is there any chance that we would be able to book other stuff when we arrive, or is it likely that everything will be booked up?

Any hints or tips from Centerparcs experts would be gratefully received!

We went to Eleveden CP at Easter and most activities were fully booked or very limited availability. I would recommend booking in advance - well, definitely if in a school holiday!

there is virtually no chance of booking things once you are there. book in advance and cross fingers for the weather. if you don't it is a bit dull letting the kids see what they could have done if you had booked it now.

I'd book - and channel your British stiff upper lip and pack the wet weather gear.

Things do get booked up. They were lovely to me tho when i'd booked bowling for soon after arrival, got stuck in traffic for hours, rang in and they moved it with no extra charge.

Why can't you book zip wire? Are you searching for it under the right name?
