We went a few years ago.

The children's entertainment started pretty late if I remember and was very loud. Site itself is very clean and modern. Outside is a museum called World of Country which was brilliant, fab day out, you can get discount tickets from reception. Exmouth is great aswell for a trip out, old fashioned sea side but great.

On the down side the beach at Devon cliffs wasn't great due to lots of seaweed which smelt absolutely vile really didn't like it at all and very steep access to it.

Found a lovely pub with garden and play area down the road at ottery st Mary

Hello - I know the area pretty well having grown up round there! Devon Cliffs is a truly huge site and can get very busy and noisy. But it's a good base - and Exmouth beach is just a short drive away and has miles of beautiful sand. It's a nice town too.
