Royal Ascot - proud moment

DD went with us to Royal Ascot today and had a lovely time. She was asked to present the leading Rider award to Ryan Moore at the end of the afternoon. Not a bad list of trophy presenters today - Stephen Fry, Sir Terry Wogan, Lizzy Yanold, HM The Queen, Terry O'Neill, Gok Wan and DD !!

Clare Balding introduced her on Channel 4 but I forgot to set my Sky Box. Will have to ask them for a DVD...

Gosh you do move in exalted circles - how did you manage that?! What a fabulous experience, definitely worth the DVD.

Amazing thing was that the Channel 4 broadcast also went overseas and friends in USA saw it as well as those in Dubai etc. It came right at the end of the coverage but was very exciting to watch. I've seen it on 4OD and DVD is on it's way apparently!
