Is it for navicular? If so, our yard owner (old hippy that she is) gives comfrey to hers. Don't know if it's any good though.

yes - for navicular. Goes lame very easily without it! The vets have given me a liquid substitute - even more expensive. I can't remember the actual name, but it sounds like 'chysanthymums'. She started on it at the weekend. I bloody hope it works, or I may have to retire her.
