Hi, just enqiring for a fellow mum who has just found out that her lands been sold on and has been given a months notice. She needs 6+ acres but it's terrible trying to find anything in our area. She would prefer a yard/field rather than livery but would consider it if it's a small yard. She doesn't mind having to do any maintenance work on the area before and during, and is willing to sort fencing out. Also she's not fussed about running water, elec or shelters. Please if anyone has any idea about any land like this in and around 10 mile radius of Wellingborough, Northants. Maybe there's some unfarmable land that a farmer could make some money from?

Heya, not sure if its within 10 miles, I know it is from rushden... bedfordia have a few fields & a whole stable block up for rent at radwell. Also check in blue barns as there was an advert there? I know dick sumner over in ditchford had some spaces last time I checked. I can't remember the yards name but just past rushden on the a6 (next to monoworld) have loads of spaces to. I think livery is £110 pcm inc hay & straw x
Will let you know if I think of anything else local. X

Thank you so much, will most certainly get her to try bedfordia as know she would prefer to rent a field rather than livery. We did look at blue barn the other day and didn't see anything but could have missed so will give it a try again. Again many thanks

Thank you for your help though! Husband has tracked down a number and just waiting for a lady to send us further details!
Do take care though!
