The tack room

I've just had my first go at jumping in about 5 years.

Today I had my long awaited first jumping lesson. We were both a bit wobbly the first few times, but by the end of the lesson it was all starting to come back, and we were managing to get over an 18 inch pole in some semblance of style. It makes all the mud sweat, tears and falling off feel worthwhile!

Feel free to ignore me, but I just had to share, I feel like a small child, I just want to jump up and down and shout about it! Grin

It's a fab feeling when it comes together - well done! It'll be 1.8 metres soon....

Wheeee! I love jumping, it's what I miss most when I'm not riding. Grin Are you going to take more jumping lessons?
