watching cross country rides- need binocular recommendatoin

I can't walk far so wanted to be able to follow the course from one vantage point. Can anyone recommend/ steer me away from binoculars- I've seen amber and red tinted ones that are apparently anti glare. But any experience/wisdom you could share would be great.
