And god, they were amazing. Friend of friend was suggested as a good resource on adapted riding, and was at the RDA nat champs today, so went with friend to see him. So, he only turns out to work with the international para equestrian teams doesn't he Blush, and took me to go and see the Canadians training while he explained different techniques of dealing with upper limb impairments and training horses to be ridden differently.

Armed with lots of ideas now, so next weekend is the start of my new riding life

You sound so inspired, it's lovely! I remember when you first started riding, but somehow missed your accident until much later when you were learning to neck rein. Please keep us posted, there is something vicariously rewarding about your determination to keep riding.

How is your little boy getting on with his pony?

Ds and his pony are deeply in love with each other Grin. I love pony too, and am enjoying spending time doing groundwork exercises in hand with him.

I had to have a long break from trying to ride again as I had my wrist fused, but its stuck properly now, so can get on with it again.
