We are paying £15 per wk per horse. We get a paddock (2 horses in each so £30 per paddock really I suppose), which we can strip graze as we wish and normally provides some grass for most of the year, and a shelter (and self-filling trough). Nothing else is included.

Farm up the road charges about the same I think but all the horses go out together in one big field and there is no shelter. However price does include hay put in field every day in winter by the farmer, so it works out a bit cheaper but not as nice IMO.

I'm talking about east/west sussex border so maybe not as far east as you were thinking?

In east anglia am paying £50 a week for field with unlimited hay, £40 without, have use of school, endless off road hacking, tack room with alarm, secure area to store and mix feeds etc. oh and our trusty hayrack which have been sitting in this evening (and I wonder why bits of hay emerge from strange parts of me at night). Water and electricity all included, assistance available.

We in E. Sussex and pay 20 quid a week for grass livery, have to supply our own hay but get use of school, water, electricty and yard facilities. We do have a stable however, for daughters pony so lucky really.

LovePinkBits, that's a bargain I reckon.
