I've seen a job advertised for a teaching and learning consultant in the loca authourity. On paper I have the experience but lack confidence because it's such a pay rise. So wise Mumsnetters, is anyone in this role? What's it like? Any tips as to what to include in my application form? I'd apply for the English specialism in the primary phase.
Thanks
